We’re Michael and Anthony Hamilton — a father-and-son team with a shared passion for photography and a background in technology. Our journey started not just with a love of capturing images, but with a challenge we’ve faced time and again: finding great locations to shoot.
I’m Michael, the enthusiastic photography learner, and Anthony is the expert behind the lens — a skilled photographer and my personal teacher. Together, we’ve explored towns, trails, and coastlines, often spending hours trying to find photo-worthy spots through Facebook groups, forums, and social media.
We realized it shouldn’t be this hard. We thought: what if there was a simple, photographer-friendly platform where anyone could find and share amazing photo locations — all organized by category, scene, and subject? That’s how Places4Photos.com was born.
With our combined experience in web development and our hobby in photography, we set out to create something useful, beautiful, and community-driven. This isn’t just a website. It’s a tool for creators, travelers, and visual storytellers to plan their next shoot and inspire one another.
